- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Split the avocado and remove the stone. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Finely dice the garlic and onion.
- Add chopped garlic, onion, salt, pepper and lime juice to the avocado mixture.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- You can serve the avocado spread on bread with an egg and sprinkle with walnuts.
