Avocado spread

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lime juice


  1. Split the avocado and remove the stone. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  2. Finely dice the garlic and onion.
  3. Add chopped garlic, onion, salt, pepper and lime juice to the avocado mixture.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. You can serve the avocado spread on bread with an egg and sprinkle with walnuts.
