  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of oats
  • cinnamon

Steps

  1. Blend the banana, egg, oats (finely ground) and cinnamon
  2. Fry in a pan (without oil) until golden
  3. Serve with white yogurt, nut butter or fruit
