- 100 g coarse flour
 - 1 pear
 - 2 teaspoons nut butter (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
 - cinnamon
 
Steps
- Mix coarse flour with water or milk
 - Steam the pear for 5 minutes, mash and add to the porridge
 - Add one teaspoon of nut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon
