Real hummus

  • 2 tablespoons white sesame paste (Tahini)
  • 50-70 ml of water
  • 120 ml of olive oil
  • 50 ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
For decoration
  • black sesame , tomatoes , arugula , chicory leaves


  1. Put chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt and cumin into a blender together with lemon juice and 100 ml of olive oil
  2. We mix smoothing
  3. Depending on the consistency, add the necessary amount of water to make a smooth spread and mix again
  4. Put smooth hummus in a bowl and garnish with black sesame, cherry tomatoes, arugula, chicory leaves and olive oil
If the spread is too thick, you can add either more water, lemon juice or olive oil to your liking.
