Raspberry yogurt muffins with sesame

Ingredients

  • 250 g plain spelled flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 70 g of butter
  • 3 spoons of ground sesame
  • 200 g of white yogurt
  • 150 g of frozen (or fresh) raspberries
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

If you like it sweet, you can add 50g of vanilla sugar.

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a water bath and then mix with all the other ingredients together
  2. Fill muffin cups with dough and bake at 180 °C for about 30-40 minutes (until golden)
