Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • A handful of spinach 
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • lemon
  • basil
  • salt and peppr

Steps

  1. Mix the eggs with fresh spinach and milk
  2. Add the eggs to a pan a cook for about 5-7 minutes
  3. For the salsa, blend tomatoes, garlic, red onion, olive oil and a few drops of lemon and basil
